Matthew 6:26 NLT
Look at the birds. They don’t plant or harvest or store food in barns, for your heavenly Father feeds them. And aren’t you far more valuable to him than they are?
He will look after us; all we have to do is trust in that. We are made in His image; don’t you think he will care for us like any good parent would? He loves us and wants us to be safe and happy and restored to joy but we must trust in Him to get there. He watches over and cares about the entire creation, so, how can we doubt he does the same for us. Christ died for us; do we really think he would have done that without love? God sent the Spirit to us, to teach us, lead us and never let us be alone. He did that because of His love for us. Not matter what happens, not matter how hard life gets, God is there, working behind the scenes trying for what is best for us. We need to hang on to that for, “faith is the assurance of things hoped for, the conviction of things not seen.” (Hebrews 11:1). Hold on tight, God’s got you.
