Preparing for the Journey: Forget me Not -Dementia Workshop

Join us in a day to help caregivers and individuals prepare for the journey of dementia by providing healthcare education, insurance information, self-care tips and resources for caregivers. Our Keynote Speaker, Kim Grubb, is a Certified Dementia Practitioner, Positive Physical Approach Certified Independent Trainer, and Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse.
