In whom do we trust?
As a church we must not trust in ourselves, not in the building on New Shackle Island Road, not in the United Methodist Church, but in the Lord. We must put our faith and trust in Jesus Christ. He is the only one worthy of our trust. He knows what the future holds and knows when the time is right.
Help us every day to seek Your will in all things. Help us to seek Your will in our lives, with our friends, within our families and within our church family. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
