The Popcorn Prayer

Quick, brief and immediate prayers called popcorn prayers, or sometimes called arrow or flash prayers can play an important role in a Christians life. The concept of this type of prayer became very popular in the late 90’s and early 00’s because they were focused on individuals that live busy lives. Saying a popcorn prayer is easy, it can be a few quick words, or even just a thought focused on God, and the concern, guidance, or praise in the moment when something happens.

Reflection

Take some time this week to try adding popcorn prayers to your week and see if they help you refocus during those times of need or praise, God walks with us everywhere we go, it’s worth keeping the conversation going with him throughout the day.
