PREPARE FOR THE FUTURE
Trust in the Lord and do good; dwell in the land and cultivate faithfulness.
Psalm 37:3
Do we pray daily for God to help us focus on Him?
As a church body we must ask ourselves what is the mission of the church and for whom is that mission? How do we prepare for the future of Good Shepherd UMC and the people we serve? How do we let our light shine and best serve the Lord in the future? The answers will come as we trust in the Lord and cultivate faithfulness in our lives.
Prayer:
Dear Lord, we
can lean on You and not on ourselves. Help us find Your will, not ourselves. In
Jesus’ name, Amen.
